This isn't a big deal LOL but because of some misinformation let me just do some quick edumacating, please! Only because I hate it when people sees someone do SOMETHING first so they think they were the FIRST to do it. 1. I love Gordon Ramsay. The guy is dope watched Kitchen Nightmares religiously BUT in case you didn't know, he did not create any of the techniques you see used in this video. Before him I learned a lot of the stuff you'll see from Julia Childs and Jaques Pepin and many PBS chefs, ESPECIALLY anything you see with eggs. I've scrambled eggs in non-stick pots since forever way before his random ass video and I'm pretty a LOT OF other people have to lol wtf. 2. The steak basting method is a BASIC technique that is taught to everyone in Culinary school it is NOT GORDON RAMSAY'S TECHNIQUE. Tag Gordon Ramsay for it? Fuck no I haven't learned shit from him cause I never watched him for his food, I watched him for his T.V. personality and awesome wit. He sure as fuck didn't' create it and he did not teach me how to do it. If you remember a video called "Steak Banh mi" my friend and CHEF Matt Yuen who at the time worked at Lukshon LA demonstrated and taught me it on camera and I've used it ever since. 3. Sous vide IS NOT A CHEFTIPS CREATED TECHNIQUE my God. It's an American/French technique that a lot of restaurants have been using for a few decades who the fuck said they create it lol wth?

Goodness, do people not know that there were years of cooking techniques invented and used before Gordon Ramsey even started his show. There were tons of famous chiefs before him that revolutionized cooking. At least get your facts right haters.
