Appreciate you pointing out weak spots on the tanks you feature. It is important for prospective buyers and would be opponents of this TD.

I stopped playing over a year ago, but some of my most fond memories of the game were just cruising through cities and killing everything with the TS-5 and casually getting a 65% win rate on it while laughing.

It's amazing how calm you were in the 2nd battle. I wasnt even playing but I was ready to bonk the elc on the head with a 2x4 and curse rng to another dimension.

It's great tank and can do amazing job on Front line. Skill, your polish is becoming better and better. This "Tyszkiewicz" was nice :)

I just 3rd marked this beast tonight and yes... this tank is insane.. it will carry your WR up to 60% + for sure, i love it.

8:00 - just wow - seven fully aimed gold shots get redirected by WG's hidden game mechanics - YET all the enemy shots pen you like they arent trying. Just wow. Witness the roflstomp the game mechanics - the one that wants a 5 min win/loss - but this time WG wanted YOUR team to lose. Doesnt always work out that way for WG but damn do they try.

Best turretless TD in game.

I absolutely love this tank. I had my best game in it with 11 kills. But the gun handling is so trollish at times haha

gotta love those days when rng is just out to get you, yesterday i got 4 fires in a row and all different vehicles, some even had fire prevention skills...

I don't think the firefighting skill prevents fires at all. It just means you take less damage from burning. But yeah, that kind of RNG really sucks

firefighting skill only help to put out the fire faster. It does not reduce the chance of a tank catching fire

if the crew had an overall 100% skilled on firefighting u will *BURN IN SHORTEST TIME AS POSSIBLE* Taking Driver trained to preventive Maintenance means a shot to the fuel tanks will get it yellow and another shot or 2 again to the gas tanks will set it on fire as opposed to none trained preventive maintenance: a chance shot to the fuel tanks will likely to catch fire

That 2nd battle really good of used improved aiming device.

Once I met one of these thing while playing with poor Jagdtiger 8,8... actually hitting + pentrating the cupola is hard. TS-5 can pen even the superstructure with a high roll... or just use the 2 key and completely eleminate Jagdtigers armour. And since DPM is the same... I could only raise the white flag and offer unconditional peace.

I think, in the second game, you were hitting invisible terrain while shooting at the Caliban.

At the start i hated it and sold it but then i recovered it and lol first 2 battles was 5000 dmg 😎 and i started to love it... 🤗

With very few exceptions playing tier tech tree tier 8 tanks is totally futile......... This TS-5 is just 1 of the many tier 8 premiums proofing that point: tier 8 in name only, tier 9 in every other respect.

@@lucidnonsense942 thats a very controvertial opinion you have there my friend :) Most players will agree Guard is much better because of one simple thing: gun handling. STG is a good sniper, so everything that makes both of those 2 tanks "bad" are negates by the fact ennemy won't even see you as you are doing playing like a TD. The Bucket is forced to play like a med and it's hard to do so! But in the end it's all about preferencies, so if you like Bucket, then Bucket it is! I'm myself a huge fan of controvertial tanks (KV-5, Löwe, IS-M, AT15A, BDR etc)

@@Drnoob-te8uu Did they nerfed it somehow? I currently doesnt play WoT anymore but as I remember the Guard had better gun handling and better turret armor, while the 416 had mobility and maybe more precise shot when fully aimed

It took me like 300+ games to get an Ace tanker in this thing the bar is so high

Bond Turbo, Bounty Rotation, Bond Rammer if you want to have a lot of fun in this tank.. ;)

Hi Skill...well i just recover tank....been along time since i owned it as really didnt know how to play...second game i made it to the front line ...thing is a beast.....im not running a rammer ...going with turbo grouser and bounty rotation....5 kills over 3 thousand damage, some assist and alot of bounces. Fun tank when played how its ment to be. Also....paper stats dont mean a thing in this game...gun feels way more accurate than on paper.

Hello Skill! I and my friend we got a feeling - if you got a bad RNG (the very bad as you had in battle 2) very often your teammates got quite similar RNG too and you just very quickly loose... IDK maybe just a feeling

same feeling here! I started to *seriously* worry about the rigged thing like 1 year ago. I was on the "bad RNG team" A.K.A "loosing team", playing as a mid tier. I was sniping, very few shots connected. I took one shell. ONE. *BOOOOM* ammoracked by a tank while he and myself were on the moove...well...he was very lucky I guess? Then...IDK why but I wanted to see the whole game...and that is WHEN it happenned: another ammoracked teammate. And an other one. And an other one. counting myself, we got 4 allies that had been ammoracked by *different* ennemies. Nobody sain would call they got "lucky"...all about RNG yep but do they really *don't* rig those numbers? I doubt that.

I think Turtle is not that bad of a tank. That tank is little Tortoise in t8 :)

Hi Skill. This gun treat You very bad in second game, it look's like most of my games, I wait for aim, shoot and "WTF?". Bounce for Grille or Leopard is normal, the same critical hit without dmg to tanks side with green penetration marker. So I play less and less, but I love watch You. You make extremely good work. Turtle mk1 armor is good but when it fails it fails compleatly. If you have +290mm pen you can pen the whole tank from all angles. Litle bit like chrysler gf, armor is strong untill sudently its not.

wow the 3rd battle was actual world of tanks like it is supposed to be, nobody going straight for the gold and armour actually playing a role, if there was limited amount of the 2 key like 5 we would see more battles where people would be able to enjoy more than a few seconds of tank fighting per battle. and the second battle haha very honest this is usual game for TS5 you cannot really snipe even at 150m but to play like a heavy tank gun works perfect

I still prefer playing turtle 1 over this, sure it has less armor and speed but the stupid dpm and reload allow to permatrack anything, and the gun dep and gun arc are also far more enjoyable to use And while it may be a worse tank I still enjoy it a whole lot more

I have been trying for 6 months to like this tank. You have to be hull down which is fairly challenging since this tank has poor gun depression. Even when you are hull down, any tank you encounter can pen your copula with ease using gold. The armor doesn't mean a thing when you are so easy to pen. If it was a tiny cupola it would be outstanding, but a KV2 using HE can pen it from a mile away. I'm just not understanding this tank at all, I cant make it work.

Imagine spending money on a game that simply hates you. Even Darkest Dungeon isn't that fickle.

Bison has way to much armor for its tier, it needs to be +1 tier, or reduce its heavy armor some. WAY to strong for a tier 8 td.

And its soo slow and no turret. -5 Gun depression not helping too. Shell speed 860M/s is not best too for sniping but 1050M/s on gold is better. 8:04 But Mr.Skill tell us with 0.40 Accuraci it kinda hard hit some smaller targets too!!

I don’t know how about you but this tank has 0.4 accuracy and hitting everything, tornvagn in the best key scenario has 0.37 whitout aiming equipment and missing everything XD I mean nowadays in wot the stats don’t make any sense what so ever😂

they really dont, udes 15/16 has something like .34 accuracy but it feels like .4 while the stb-1 has .35 but feels like .3

The size of the aiming circle is the difference. A tank that has 0.3 spread, but a massive aiming circle is gonna be less accurate than a tank with 0.5 spread but with a tiny aiming circle. WG decides the aiming circle size should be different for every tank. But doesn't list that stat in game.

I have this tank 1,300 fights 6 ,300 dmg record în tier 10 match making 6,8 sec reload Also don t use it as a sniper is bad at snipe go in front even agaist tier 10 heavye use your dpm .

You're not missing your shots, the tank has 0,44 acc.

Beta player here. Funny you say that I had exactly the same thought yesterday. The algorithum of this games definatly determines how accurate you shots will be per game. some games cant miss anything and pen tanks at range at crazy angles. Usually can tell after X minutes if you have good or bad rng for a battle and if its going to be a lose or win.

to me this tank is not epic, but good because the dispersion is 0.4 so imo not a really good sniper. This is something you could clearly see in the 2nd match.

Second battle is perfect example of how those battles are rigged. You just miss all shots, no matter what.

Yep, 2nd battle, Skill somehow 'doesn't penetrate the 30mm or so hull armour' of the Caliban.... My E25 standard ammo didn't penn a Caliban's armour head on at point blank range 3 times, & ricochet off the side once when he was down to about 70 health... We are all only on the side Wot wants to win 'most' of the time.

This is a scary tank. I really don't like going against it too much. I can't bring myself to buy it, though, as I can't stand slow tanks. My WZ-120 1G FT is much more my pace.

Yeah I don't think it's as strong as people think either. That lower front play is a big weak spot and everyone goes for that cupola. Plus you only have strong armour when hull down and directly facing enemies ....if you angle you'll be penned. The DPM is scary though.

Empires border, wrecked in two shots, went heavy lane as I know not where to go otherwise, not so epic, might be good against same tier, not higher ones.

Turtle is better on any map where you need gun depression and TS-5 is better on flat ground imo

12 to 1 after only the first 3 minutes of the battle. This is the terrible new WOT meta. 3 minutes would be fast for a WOT Blitz battle.

When I play this I get shot with pure Gold. WG should send me royalty checks

This tank was great. Since it was at 92% GM I thought about 3marking it, after not playing with it for a while. OMG what have they done? Now the gun is throwing its shots everywhere but on target. They nerfed the hell out of it. Completely useless at this point.

yeah its extremely overrated, even Turtle is better, not even lying. Ts5 is EXTREMELY easy to penetrate if you have more than 1 braincell and it cant do anything because no turret and gundepression.

You’ve said this in a previous video about doing an anonymizer. I believe you shouldn’t because it gives your fans a chance to communicate with you and make the game more fun in a way.

This game wants you lose, you will lose. No matter what tank/how skillfull are you. Because RNG is a true God who decides every matches. Warning for newbies : higher tier matches will give you Deppresions.

OP U.S. BS. One of the few times that an U.S. tank is stupidly strong, this being the norm for U.S.S.R., for almost all tanks.

Skiiiil try console version, you'll hate your life more than the PC version 😂

There was a time T110E5 cuppola was also not really a weakspot. They 'fixed' that but seem to not really learn anything historically speaking. And yeah, doesn't matter how much hp Maus / E100 have if you can pen them any time they want to shoot you. Armor becomes irrelevant when skill is loaded anyway.

@@MarvinWestmaas Mostly its not true E5 have still great - Weak - commander hatch 235-300Mm and E3 have a lot more for example,331-880Mm. Also for example IS7 have nearly impossible hit hatches when its hull down. And lots of times it depend how big weakspot it have and how armored it is. Good example is Chrysle K with well known no weak spot.

This rigg with games for 15-2-5 quick revenue games by wg as nothing to do with better team as we saw. They can not miss and allies bounce or ammo rack. What a BS game.
