Ultra running and trail running is something to be enjoyed. But running 500K in one month (10 miles everyday for 31 days), or 100 parkruns, is far enough to somewhat loosen your grip on reality, and even send you mad.

    Great effort. I've had a busy few months and haven't been able to run much, so I'm very jealous of you having 2 hours of daylight to run in every day! It makes me excited to get back into it!

    Thank you for the idea of running with a buff over my face. Running with asthma triggered by exercise and cold air means I struggle this time of year. Last night I had no symptoms as I ran for the first time with warm air through the buff. Thanks Harry for this and all your content!

    Really enjoying this series and your 500k challenge. Seeing Frensham ponds takes me back to my childhood! How are you finding all the mud on the trails at the moment? Nearly half way through now and you are doing great.

    Mud and sand have become a staple part of this, Frensham Ponds is a marvellous place to run.

    curious if you considered on some of the days where it would going well, u could bank some extra miles so less the next day?

    Yes thought about it, but then you might not feel so good the next day so decided to just keep it very even. Would be interesting to try a different approach
