Hi, being Australian I love the mobile of Australian birds. It’s so beautiful. When my son was born he was given a kookaburra soft toy when we were still in the hospital. He is 27 now and I still have it as a very precious memory of the day he was born. ❤️

It's magical news. I really hope we will still be involved in the life of the Frey Family, when your little one finally comes along. The baby's mobile is so Australian. Did you know that or not? It is extremely brave sharing your news, so soon. I am surprised you aren't keeping baby to yourselves until baby is well and truly settled into the Frey Life. Personally I can't wait, I am so excited also. Mary, can you tell me more about your cotton blankets. Like are they four or six layers and what size. I thought I had purchased a 47" square but it turned out to be just a two layer Swaddle. Living in the tropics, I really need something light but more substantial than the swaddle. I find the fan too much on my total knee replacements but only my knees need the warmth to protect from the fan.

I've been feeling like a giddy little kid ever since you announced that you've been chosen...and I'm old enough to be your mom!😄 Such sweet anticipation.❤

I know it's been 2 years now that you've been on Trikafta but I can't get used to you being so actively social, Mary! What a blessing the medicine has been for you! Now baby is on the way... it's all so unreal and I'm overjoyed for you and Peter! Y'all are being showered with blessings from the Lord! 🎉🙌🍼

I hope your headache went away and your voice came back Mary! Today I gave myself a headache by doing my own nails. I picked up a mini acrylic set at Sally's, and I think I'm allergic to the monimer that makes the acrylic melt. I've never had my eyes water and buuurn like this with any acrylics! My nose has been constantly running..but I got my nails done! I won't be using that product again! Then if course, I tried to stand up after having myself bent over all afternoon with my knees bent... it's a double pain med night. It's funny, how we put our bodies in harms way, just that but longer than we intend to, our because we want to try something new. Most of the time, we listen to our bodies when they tell us something isn't right...but there's that one time that we feel like we have to do something, and BAM! You listened to your body as you were realizing it was telling you it was time to leave your friends party. I didn't listen to my body when my eyes and nose started burning instantly when I opened the monimer to do my nails. God gave us this wonderful gift of choice, and boy did I blow it today!

I still go to Hopkins for my congenital heart clinic with my congenital heart team. I love my team at Hopkins! They are so good to me!

Mary, I drink coffee with more almond milk then coffee . I also put cacao powder in it. So it's like a mocha drink.

A bit of salt can help with the bitterness of the coffee! I know that will make your CF heart happy as it does with my POTS heart 😚

Try adding maple syrup instead of butter to your coffee!!

I wish I had worked on my upper body strength when waiting because when babies came they felt heavy! And sleep in because these may be your last days to do so. My oldest has woken 4:30 am his while life. Me too.

If you can find really good quality beans that you like (not all beans taste the same), grind it fresh and then brew it properly it really reduces the bitterness. Good quality coffee is significantly less bitter than poor quality coffee

Adding cinnamon to the coffee when it brews really cuts the bitterness too! Only way I can drink black coffee.
