What an adorable place although I’d be afraid of my foot going thru a plank 😂. I hate fish but would suffer for the view 😊. Plenty of catfish in Maryland. I’ll send ya some 😂

you ordered a fish goulash, thats why its presented like this - thicker and served with pasta. the other one that comes in a pot is actually a fish stew/soup or -riblja corba

Delicious and I love that bread! I am vegetarian but I can eat fish occasionally plus it's healthy for the omega oil. My mom used to make a fish stew with cod and potatoes - it was my favorite.

That fish pate is enough for few people as entree or as a meal for one person. It is only sea water fish that has strong smell, not from rivers.

Well it's a big river that runs through multiple countries. But it's not bad at all, people swim in it, there are seas and oceans that are radioactive.
Wow just saw that bill. For 2 people all that food and drinks, it is unbelievably cheap if I were to pay that in my own country.

My daughter just ask me do i know restaurant on the river in Zemun... Shes went there with her grandmother long time ago... Some strange long wooden bridge... OK... I know... LOL. Sent her a link. I said you are a GROBAR, as her boyfriend.

@@BIRMZE Kuver originates from French (who invented it - le Couvert; originally, fee for only silverware, but, in time it included fee for table cloth, napkins, plates and glasses-ie. fee for washing and ironing of those items). Although known for a long time, it has been extremely rarely practiced in Serbia. It can be encountered in Italy much more often where it is called Coperto. In time, coperto/kuver included some additional "complementary items" presented on the table before you order anything, like italian grissini, olive oil mixed with herbs, bread, butter, appetizers, etc. And, although coperto is billed by an establishment and not the servers, in Italy it usually means you don't have to tip.

Nikad ovi stranci nece nauciti i doziveti kako Srbin ide u kafanu. Ovaj cak imao i vodica ali... Ne znaju za merak, da naruce, nemaju meze... nema ti to dozivljaj. Da odes ovako i narucis bez salate, pica...smesno. Zao ih da potrose jos koji euro. A za te pare bi imali najbolje iskustvo j zivotu i kostalo bi ih 50 puta manje nego kod njih.
