Testing out my new Triton Vertical Smoker with a brisket and a side of ribs. Pretty strait forward with the smoking process. Used Kingsford charcoal and cherry wood. Ribs got super tender but the brisket got a bit dry 🤦. overall the taste was still good, needed a bit more salt. Ended up taking some to a friend and made hash with some more of it.
