The mask does have dimethicone, which makes ur hair feel and look great! However, not something to use often, as it can keep your hair from getting needed hydration/moisture with over-use. But as long as you are washing your hair with a good shampoo, and only using the mask when needed, you should be just fine! Also, you and you're hair r BEAUTIFUL!!!

Do you wash your hair first with shampoo and conditioner of your choice and then use the mask or replace it as the conditioner?

I watched this and wanted to check on it because your hair is as long as mine. I actually look up each ingredients. The shampoo is good. The mask is not. The reason your hair felt like it didn't need to be combed was because it has Dimethicone/ silicon. Not a lot of anything else in it to help hair. Sad because it looked promising.☹️

No all hair types but I do know that they have a line specifically for curly hair :)
