I love that you chat with us, it makes your situation and the things that you are dealing with easier for us to understand. You both are looking really happy and relaxed, settled in. It's amazing how much a place can influence how you feel.👍❤

When talking to the camera you start to question yourself a lot and worry that what you're tying to say won't be understood, so thank you for making us feel a bit more confident. Our hope is just to share our experience honestly ☺

You are the same as my wife, she is always cold. Instead of vanity kicking in wear loose clothing not the skin tight stuff, having loose clothing creates an air compartment around you that heats up and also forms an insulated layer. Look at people that live in very cold climates, Eskimos, Laplandic people and anyone else thats surviving in cold climates, they all wear bulky loose clothing.

Hi, I just found your channel and am binging through all the videos. Love your long chats, please keep doing them! As a Finn living up north, I'd recommend wool pants and loose layers to keep warm so the air can work as insulation for you. Then a wind proof layer on top. I also prefer a humid sauna to a dry one, there's more than one way to do it. :) There should be no smoke inside though so be careful.

Thank you so much! Especially for appreciating the long chats ☺ With the sauna we've figure we have to seal the pipe hole better because if not the smoke can come in when there's wind. Luckily it's an easy job!

With your CFS after your “burnout” it’s likely you need to address the insult to your limbic system. There are programs that have proven to be helpful with that. Also with your CFS and previous asthma your cleaning of the moldy, mildewy cabins should be done with a N95 respirator mask.

Thanks so much for the very useful info! I had never heard about Limbic Kindling theory until your comment, and I feel so identified. I'll be doing more research and working with my doctor to find help. Really appreciate you ❤

I identify with your fatigue. In my case it arises from depression. If the depression sweeps in so too does the level of fatigue. I understand the feeling old feeling. I often feel ten years older than I am. The answer for me has been to pace myself. You seem to be doing this which is good. Thinking positive thoughts helps too. Exercise is definitely helpful - it lifts the mood. I’m told a cold shower/swim is helpful but have only very occasionally tried this. Will the sauna not exhaust you? For me, a very important help is my Christian faith. But that is perhaps for another time.

I think why you are so lo in energy , ( I think that your bloedgroep = o+ ) you have mineral salts shorts & d3 ( o+ has problems to take minerals to take magnesium enz, enz. ) solution = d3 3000 a day , 1 magnesium . ( 1 table spoon of Celtic seasalt in 1 liter water ( and the next day you can drink this ) . If it’s to salty taste 1/2 table spoon . O+ has difficulty to take minerals out of food to generate energy ( d3 is the key + salt minerals) If there is little d3 than body takes no magnesium out of food . And 0+ needs fish oils, and red meat ( sorry if you are veg ) it’s important Greetings from 🇳🇱 the netherlands .
