Since my husband most of the time forgets to reserve my share, I feel like I have to rush before he finishes the bag. Oh gosh, those snacks just brought me back to my childhood! Especially the 布丁/pudding & 蘋果西打/Apple soda (like instant nostalgia!) Can't believe you didn't get any 可樂果/koloko (twisty pea crackers), 小王子麵 or 科學麵/little prince or science noodles (a crunchy ramen snack), 乖乖/Guai Guai (they are like sweetened snack puffs, I always go for the coconut ones in the green bag) or 鐵蛋/iron eggs (hard to describe, like quail egg jerkey?). Oh also those little puff things by 義美, can't remember exactly what they are called right now, but they are just as good if not better than their egg rolls. Also didn't realize they made 蚵仔煎 flavored chips, that's kinda genius and something I need to pick up next time I'm in Taiwan!

It's actually interesting how our taste changes as we grow up. I used to LOVE each and every one of those snacks and always wanting my mom to get me those when I was a kid. But I rarely get a chance to eat those after I came to America. Once I excitedly bought a lot of Asian snacks from my local Asian market but was greatly disappointed at the taste of some of those and begun to question why I like those when I was a kid lol But the reminiscent feeling is real and taste 400times better than the snack itself lol

For some of the similar pudding products, there will be a small hole covered by a piece of aluminium foil on the bottom of the cup -- you're supposed to pull it open and that allows air to break the vacuum, so the pudding falls out easily. But no one ever does that really.
