Icebreaker questions are the worst. I don't know if it's my neurodivergent brain, but I'm so bad at picking "favorite" anythings or coming up with answers in the moment. Then the other options are info I don't want to share at work. We played a fun team game recently where the host gave a word and we had to respond as fast as we could with a song that contained that word.

Trivia based ice-breakers are so much more fun. I’m intensely private about my personal life in the workplace. Ask me what my favourite thing is in front of the group, and the best you’ll get is “My favourite thing is a well formulated question that allows for adequate time for reflection and response.”

I’m also neurodivergent and oddly enough I love icebreakers. I usually have a hard time being put on the spot so I have set answers for common questions and if I don’t have an answer immediately on hand I force myself not to overthink it or take it seriously. My automatic answer for the talent thing is cracking my knuckles by making a fist. It’s been my go to answer since I was ten. If they ask me for my favorite thing I just say the first thing that comes to mind and I take the pressure off myself to say my True Favorite. Something I like a lot is good enough.

My hidden talent? Avoiding answering icebreaker questions while simultaneously answering icebreaker questions.

Ugh. I feel for you. I always used to avoid/hide from company events that were not mandatory business related things. Anything awkwardly social would spike my anxiety so hard. I ended up having to have a serious convo with the CEO about excluding me from such things. Even when I left the company after 20yrs (I moved to another country), we kept it hush hush so I could sneak away like a ninja.

The NYX bronzer and blushes are so good. All of my favorite KZreadrs love them. I trusted your suggestions and went for it. Worth it. If they keep going on like this. I might buy more from the drugstore. It would be nice to spend less money.

Try the NYX pink color correcting stick for a shadow primer. I also have uncooked chicken skintone, and the correcting stick works great for me as a shadow primer.

I don’t know how much extra work it is to do the check ins but I really appreciate them. It’s fun watching someone else slowly losing their marbles over stupid corporate bullshit like I do day after day lol. Also if you’re diving more into fragrance. Haus of Gloi and Cocoapink. Indie houses. They do amazing, beautiful and weird scents. Just a gentle nudge in the indie direction but be careful it’s a slippery slope 😅

Yes please to the wear tests! That Kulfi shadow is impressive! I tried the pink one last year because the yellow was sold out; I got much shorter wear time with it than I do with super shocks but the texture was so appealing. Drunk me would consider trying it out one more time for that yellow - if I could only wear one eyeshadow color for the rest of my life, I could die happy with lemon yellow.

Omg I would quit that job JUST to avoid the recognition slide… barf. I always wanted to fly under the radar at work, just good enough to stay out of trouble but not too good to be recognized 😎 And “hidden talent” omg how many sex acts were discussed in that meeting?! 😂

Powder the 2 points of the glasses that touch your nose....game changer!!! Use your setting powder, get a good coat on your finger and put it ymin those points of the glases

fyi i have a similar problem with my glasses eating makeup on the side of my nose. nothing works perfectly but i did find that putting a good layer of powder on my glasses where they touch my nose helped a ton!

I just bought Juliette has a gun not a perfume at Ross I had never smelled it before and I love it I own Juliette has a gun lipstick Edition. It smells like the Bonne Bell lip balm used to and then when it dries down it's sexy and kind of sophisticated. I would recommend that one I love it because it reminds me of nostalgic makeup from when I was a teenager. So far I'm really enjoying her fragrances plan on trying some more because they are not the typical perfume scents and I love that about this brand❤❤❤❤❤❤

Love that eyeshadow! It reminded me of this old collection MAC had around summer 2003ish. It was the Aquadisiac collection & there was this awesome yellowy green called swimming that I wore nonstop. That & a bright turquoise called Aquadisiac. Anyhow..tmi. Love the new format of videos! ❤

First a perfume, I've recently discovered 'Mojave Ghost' by Byredo. I get lots of compliments. Smells like peach, jasmine, musk and amber. Such a pleasant combination.

You are the 3rd or 4th content creator that Ive seen that have liked the kulfi eyeshadow in that specific green color. I haven't seen any reviews on other colors. Very interesting.

i love these wear tests. i think the makeup especially the cheek products & eyeshadow held up really well! bummed no reaction to nature but reactions to rando Floridians are just as good😂 the only thing i’ve ever used that actually helped with my glasses/nose smudging was eyeshadow primer with powder on top. i go real light with any base on my nose anyway. it’s not foolproof bc… friction, you know. 😘💚

Try Juliette Has a Gun Not a Perfume Superdose. It's one of my favorites. Also read it's origin - which they can't make their mind up on what part of a whale it comes from. But it's made in a lab now.

My x Buttermelt Bronzer is so good on my pasty skin! I also use baby shampoo on my brushes.

My favorite scentbird pick is Scents of wood Plum in cognac. Smells like the most tasty fall fruity baked goods. Also, it's a pricey brand so getting it from them is a good deal. I just cancelled my subscription because I have been using them for over a year and have too many perfumes right now. If you like woody scents, the Juliette has a gun Sunny side up is a delicious sandalwood scent. I love that one and Not a perfume, but hate vanilla vibes and lust for sun on me. They tend to be very body chemistry reactive ones, so it's definitely a test spray on myself in Sephora then go outside to really judge. Lust for Sun was fine on the strip where I could smell the vanilla and coconut notes but smells like some overly white floral Florida retiree in a muumuu monstrosity on me.
