The conceler method is really good for mature skin. It helps to not apply too much.

Oh I’m glad to see you review some Doll 10 products. I’ve been on the fence about trying them. I’m almost 42, and I find I really have to be choosy about my products these days. Like you mentioned the crepey skin being a concern now, oh yeah girl lol. So at this stage in life I’d rather spend on something if it really is worth it. But there are some low cost gems out there and I wanna know about those too.

I think you’ll like this concealer and powder! My under eyes almost look like nothing is there. I can still see my fine lines, but it doesn’t cease or enhance my cute little lines lol!

Doll 10 is an amazing clean beauty founded by Dr. Doris Dalton (Chemist) who developed her skincare and makeup products in her pursuing conscious and better ingredients when she underwent chemotherapy years ago. Love her products because it truly performs including her skincare. My favorite skincare products are the eye cream that has avocado and the Smooth Assist Overnight Facial Micellar Retexturizing Pads. Those pads are gentle but effective. My favorite makeup from her line: Mascaras, THC Concealer, lipsticks are beautiful. You can’t go wrong with her products.

Your eye looks are always so incredible! I just try to watch and absorb your skill!

Speaking of UD and mushroom, the UD Mushroom eyeliner is something I've probably purchased four times. I'm just a taupe-aholic and it's just one taupe eyeliner that hasn't been discontinued. I never knew there was an eyeshadow that color as well. The palette does look nice, though I haven't used one of their palettes in ages. Maybe if it goes on sale ... I did buy the Colourpop Naruto. It's my first eyeshadow from the brand and it's so beautiful in person.

Doll 10 is good ish!! Especially the complexion products, lip products and...well, I was going to say powder products but that kinda makes all of it. On top of great products, Doris (owner) is a super intelligent, beautiful and absolutely wants the customers to love her products and get great results! 💜

I’m the same regarding the Urban Decay eyeshadow palette. I would never have looked at it for more than a millisecond but now I’m intrigued! I’m older than you and used to be a punk in my teenage years, so I’m used to exploring my own makeup ideas, but obviously there’s so many options now and I would’ve just seen the colours in this palette as kids makeup. Very interesting and also thank you for talking about Doll 10, I would also never have considered this brand due to its name, i.e its demeaning.

I like this palette, when I saw this I got excited and inspired to try some new eyeshadow looks. Most other eyeshadow palettes that have been released hasn't done that for me I like playing around with bolder colours in my spare time, and you can still achieve a nice day look with this as well as other eyeshadow looks can't wait to get it. I haven't tried any of the other products you tested so I can't say what they are like. 😊

Thanks for the great review Mal! It's nice to see different brands reviewed instead of just the usual suspects. Everything I have tried from Doll 10 has been great/ESPECIALLY the IllegalEyes mascara which is one of the best ones I have ever tried. I have a bit of a hard time colour matching for the complexion products (have not tried the powder yet but want to) as I'm very cool toned and I find they can be a bit too yellow for me. The quality, however, is impeccable. Their eyeshadows are really neat/zero fall out. Doll 10s customer service is also excellent. That eyeliner colour is soooo pretty/right up my alley!

I really like how you go into detail about the mascara. Again I must reference my age, and I can definitely tell my eyelashes don’t do great with just any mascara anymore. I wanna try that hourglass one you mentioned in the last video.

The only holiday releases I was excited for are the new Danessa Myricks Lightwork 5 palette (I actually ordered it on Sephora this Friday and it was just delivered), the Pat McGrath quints, and I’m wondering if Sonia G will have a new set. I’ve been keeping a closer eye on my makeup collection so I stop buying things I already own or can achieve with existing products I own. Still, I’ve been decluttering more recently as some overly expired products have been irritating my eczema. The PMG holiday release this year was so disappointing to me. I personally feel like her investors or Board of Directors are leading the brand down a more commercial, same tones releases that are taking some of the artistry and creativity out of it all. That’s how I also feel about Charlotte Tilbury. They are all same-same and the quality has just not been there for at least 5 years, to me at least. Would you be able to recommend eye brush brands to look into for sensitive and eczema prone eyelids? I’ve noticed most of my real techniques and some Sephora Pro ones are irritating me lately 😢. Thank you for your continued transparency and honest reviews. It’s refreshing to see there’s still KZreadrs that stay true to their beginnings despite their success and growth. ❤

How does the eyeshadow from the palette feel on your eyes?? Is it a typical urban decay product that keeps you knowing it’s there or is it a better quality that feels like nothing? There’s so much difference in watching a makeup artist utilise makeup and just a person who’s just good at doing makeup. Pinterest, people use filters too much, or camera and lighting techniques.

Urban along with most brands, still use talc in their shadow formulas! That can’t be good for your eyes. It’s going to take influencers to call this shit out. Just please be a little more careful how you phrase, the way you said this could come across as judgemental and meaning that you don't trust what she said, and it's a phrase that is very triggering for chronically ill people, just like "But You Don't Look Sick". Just don't. Please. And if you just meant to say "I'm sorry you're suffering such a nasty desease being so young" I apologize for misunderstanding.

I’m definitely over UD lol they discontinued my all time favorite color Busted in the Naked2 pallet 😕 which has sent me on this wild goose chase trying to find a replacement… which does not exist BUT!!!!
