The first is laplap manioc with island cabbage and chicken, the second one is called nalot.

But local drinks, or coffee or tea. Some things on islands are more expensive when imported, yet most stuff will be very cheap. Eg, bottle of wine like 1$ in Portugal island in Azores, but can of coke like 3$ etc. Highly recommend another form for caffeine, with 10$ you could get whole meal, snack and a trinket there. Coffee or tea and a multivitamin 👌😸😁

There are potential health benefits btw! Look into research re cancers and kavalactones/ kava 😁😁😁 Been loving kava regularly since 2006. Ty, from Canada
