Trying EXOTIC Nepali Snacks

I picked up some Nepali snacks from the convenience stores and locals while in Pokhara. There were some interesting foods with some spice, and this inedible goat cheese which had me confused.

    the yak cheese is aged therefore they are hard. its a acquired taste . you are suppose to keep sucking onto it and slightly keep biting it untill it softens become smaller n softer

    that hard think is made of yak milk and if you put in mouth for 10 minute then it become soft and its taste come

    That hard rock solid thing is yak cheese like thing.. you have to suck on and it will get nicer. It is good for high altitudes I think 😁😁😁

    U need to put churpi in your mouth for 1,2 minutes and then it will be soft and the taste will come
