I think the entire world was so incredibly impressed at the World Cup (2022) when the Japanese spectators cleaned up their seating area at the end of the match. Such respect for their hosts was wonderful. The people of Japan know how to behave with dignity both for themselves and others. Best wishes from the UK 🇬🇧🇯🇵❤

a sleeper bus with no toilet seems like a pretty serious oversight. I feel like that would be a big deal breaker for a lot of people. I dont even have stomach problems and dont usually need to get up at night, and its a deal breaker for me. imagine realizing you need to pee an hour out from the last rest stop and having to hold it for another two hours. or even if you dont need to go, having your sleep interrupted every few hours for a rest stop. sounds like a nightmare.

I married a Japanese graduate student 25 years ago and me, an Indiana country boy, became part of a Japanese family based in the Megero District of Tokyo. My daughter is there now working for Mitsubishi as a summer intern before she finishes up her Computer Science degree at University of Michigan. Been there so many times over the years and truly love the country and people. I tell people that you think the US is a rich country? Check out Japan and be humbled. And the food... OMG. Too much salt, but what a tasty way to die! :)

At first, I thought the Chef was making Spaghetti pancakes. Not a bad idea really haha Those bathroom breaks would make me so paranoid. I'd be so scared of going over time inside the rest stops and getting left behind. ADHD lol. Too much to look at! 😆It was so early in the morning at the last rest stop and they didn't have Starbucks open. That should be a crime lol. The fog in Tokyo looked so peaceful even with that traffic.
