I believe the Beef Tournedos were cook seared with butter/herbs/salt/blk-pepper, then again cooked Sous Vide cooking it all the way thru, leaving it still raw look❤❤❤❤

I always wondered about that place. Thought it would be tourist trap. Good to know it lives up to the hype - a great pre-opera/ballet option!

Thank you Theo! Personally, I’m crazy about capers and pickles ahaha, so I’d love that dish!

My wife and I ate at Café de la Paix last year and had a disappointing meal. However, everything you’re having looks fabulous. We definitely need to give it another try. Thanks.

Oh what did you eat ? Yes maybe we were lucky but the main courses were incredible !

I like your style a lot, but would be interested to see some smaller places with a more modern vibe and cuisine. I’m going to check out your home page. Maybe you’ve already been there and I just didn’t know. Thanks for sharing lunch.

It's too rich for my blood. But looks like a gorgeous space. I found more value--and charm--in neighborhood bistros.

I see the Wikipedia article on the Swiss chalet style is completely wrong, they too claim this style originated in Switzerland and Germany, but this is wrong! The Swiss chalet style has its origins from Paris and French architecture philosophers, I hope «Beauty & Ugliness in Architecture 2024» soon will post their lectures on KZread, so that you can see this lecture by yourself!

60 Euro for a dessert! It's nice, but I like the Jugend interior of Kavárna Obecní dům in Prague better, and there were really reasonable prices🙂 We'll find an ordinary cafe at Montmartre instead;-)
