I can only say: one person's weird is another person's yummy.. love all the "weird" food that was featured today, but hard to find a kaki to eat with, since most of my friends freak out at the thought of eating these
All these so-called "weird ingredients" are actually the go-to for true blue Sichuan hotpot lovers. Only Singaporeans order luncheon meat when eating hotpot.
I like how almost everytime Jon shows the dish to the camera, water is spilling out 😂
Frankly I have never had HaiDiLao since 2012, because I am worried it's a place you cannot dine ALONE. I usually eat by myself and I feel strange dining alone. Also the queue is quite long. Maybe one day I will try alone..but having 4 soups to choose from seems like a lot..
