Yeay that’s good to get other stuff to study and learn.
Sum: THM-more educational, easier CTFs. HTB-hard CTFs
HTB can be a little confusing as there is the Academy and the App HTB (or Labs). They are not interconnected so you have to create separate accounts on each of them.
I know the feeling Pat, lobster for real. I will say though when it comes to THM vs HTB, THM spends more time explaining what you need to know and why. I also like how they have their own web based connections to some of their Windows and Linux boxes without having to RDP or ssh into devices. Also I'd say it'd be a better comparison to do HTB Academy vs THM as both of those platforms are actually teach material before saying THM is more hand holding. HTB is more closely related to the actually challenges in THM that don't have guides associated with them.

Yeah for sure l, I definitely got badly burned. Yeah I totally understand and I agree what you’re saying about both platforms.
Thank you!!! I´ve been trying to figure this out, I think I will start with THM
Hack the box in my PC and it was so slow and tacky like it was made in ancient era. Anyone know how to correct this?
Looking forward to your Advent of Cyber challenge!

I can’t wait for that AoC 2023
I choose the HTB because of their multiple machines to practice on
Thank you for the excellent and informative comparison video on these two great learning services, friendly lobster creature! Really though, it was a great video, and you're not really that red, relative to a beetroot, you look fine Senor Zoidberg!
