Have you tried any icing or massage?

Just want to share this little tip for removing this s*** I left mine on my knees for 2 days and pulled off one side after applying lotion rubbing alcohol on the other leg let it soak for like a minute or two Kmart off this was with a 91% rubbing alcohol it dissolved the glue no hair loss whatsoever I'll try 50% next. Using the lotion slightly painful rubbing alcohol side no pain at all.
