These are beautiful! I recently experimented with my Glimmer plates and my Betterpress system, and found that if I took all the shims out I got the perfect pressure, so I've been enjoying Betterpressing my Glimmer sentiments with coordinating dies.

So you can use Glimmer plates on the betterpress letterpress? Or did I not understand this right. I thought in the introduction video with Yana and Denzel, he said that you can use letterpress plates to foil, but can't use Glimmer plates to letterpress. Was that your experiment that you did ink your Glimmer plates, then letterpressed them? I just got my Betterpress letterpress system on Dec 1st. I haven't opened it up yet. That would be so great if we can letterpress glimmer plates. Could you please let me know if I understood correctly. Thanks in advance. 🙂

You can use BetterPress plates on glimmer but I would not use glimmer plates on the BetterPress. Everything I’ve read says not to the dies are different size I believe. I blew up my crossover machine (400.00) by trying something so that was expensive stupid move so I research and stick to rules .

My dies did not arrive in time to make all my cards which I like to have in the mail first week in Dec

Gorgeous! I haven't tried craft paper yet but I love using white and metalic inks on black watercolor paper. You are inspirational!

Thanks so much for inspiring! I love how these turned out and would not have thought to try watermark and white pigment ink with my betterpress. I also love how you imagined your cards as packages on a porch and they turned out exactly like you imagined. Thanks for sharing all your creativity!

Oh I use an old one from FSJ (discontinued). Any white acrylic paint will do

Will the better press work with an old big shot?

I think so. There is a compatibility list on the Spellbinders website, I'd check there just to be sure
