Hey coach . Justin sorry to ask but I really don't know what I should do I want to be a pitcher & Hitter but I'm trying to find a balance to be both but I'm not sure where I should start(I know it's rare and that most pitchers aren't really good hitters but I'm determined to be both) .. Truly thank you for this video. As a volunteer little league minors coach I appreciate anyone who passes on real-world knowledge to help me help the next generation. When it comes to baseball swing techniques most knowledge is hidden behind a paywall and then what is given isn't really even worth paying for. This is how I like to learn--information, explanation, application and no nonsense that wastes our time. You're a great teacher/coach. I'm sure this video will help me help our players. Thank you.

A huge problem with youth players is glute activation. Most of them do not engage the glutes prior to a small hinge and the quads pick up all the load. It’s a disservice for coaches to not make sure that players know exactly what activate the glutes means. It’s the biggest muscle in the body and most aren’t using it.

Great video! Can you cover how to hit off a machine. Our players use one that just shoots the ball out with nothing to time. The speed is jacked way up and it seems to do more harm than good. Nobody has a negative move with live pitching. Thanks!
