My favorite moment is when Blanche is asked how long after her husband died was it before she had sex again & she says: As the reverend was delivering the eulogy I knew that he wanted me. 😂

You should catch the one where Dorothy's ex is over at their house and is babbling about something and Dorothy says, "one sperm with a sense of direction and I'm paying for it for the rest of my life!" I was on the floor with that one!

Dorothy is for sure my favorite but I love her chemistry with Sophia.

I've always thought that was really cool.

These ladies crack me up. I love this show. Dorothy is my favorite. Almost every episode is full of laughter.

The episode when they go to the pharmacy to pick up things for their trip is hilarious. The funniest is when Dorothy yells "Condoms Rose, Condoms" and the clerk says "Calm down lady, did you just get out of prison" LOL....My favorite show ever! I love that you are such a fan too. Nice too see a younger guy into them!

My favorite joke that wasn’t in the compilation was between Blanche and Sophia. Blanche says “I’m going to lay in a hot bath with the water barely covering my perky bosoms.” And Sophia says “You’re only going to lay on an inch of water?” Classic!

msgreek mythgeek *My* favorite "Not NOW, Ma !!!" moment was when they all went to the "Mystery Murder" weekend where they had to solve the staged murders. When Dorothy was reconstructing the possible crime scene & she said "Ms. McGlynn put a steak knife into her purse...." , Sophia interrupted Dorothy with "Big deal...I took a whole place setting" and then Dorothy did her "Not NOW, Ma !!" 😂🤣

Sophia is hands down my favorite, but Rose is a close 2nd

Dorothy definitely my Fav. I grew up on both Golden girls and Maude so Bea Arthur will always be one of my all time favorite people.

I grew up watching The Golden Girls, but was young enough that a lot of the jokes went over my head. As I’ve re-watched as an adult, OMG! They are savage and so funny!! I’m glad you are enjoying them! As someone else mentioned, Niles vs. CC from The Nanny is another good one to check out.

I couldn't choose they all compliment each other so well!!!! All of their personalities would make the perfect person.

This and "Designing Women" were on the same channel and I'm from the south, but I loved their accents. Julia sticking up for Suzanne then saying that was the night the lights went out in Georgia is ingrained in my memory. I've been seeing videos reacting to Golden Girls and have yet to see any clips from 3:10 scene or Rose cutting into cantaloupes at the store see if they're ripe. They're dressed up and wearing makeup at home even when they're sick!

Fun fact that's maybe been mentioned already... In real life, the actress who portrayed Sophia Petrillo, Estelle Getty, was just 62, making her 1 year younger than her on-screen daughter! She wore aging makeup to make her believable as an 80-something woman.

I'd love to be Blanche but I'm Dorothy and I'm okay with that! I love them all but Doro and Blanche are my faves!

my favorite moment is when 3 girls are about to go on a cruise with their men and they decide to buy condoms.(which is a hilarious discussion in itself), but the part I remember is When they go up to purchase the condoms the cashier does a price check over the intercom and describes in great detail the 3 most outrageously labeled condoms ever lmfao

All of them. Dorothea is so damn mean, but so is her mom. Then Blanche comes in with the southern stingers, and Rose with her innocent observations lol

My absolute favorite is where Blanch rambles on with a Catholic priest and she says it’s okay I’m a Baptist!

one of the best shows ever! not only was it freaking hilarious, they touched on topics that were still sensitive at the time like the lgbt community, hiv/ aids, anti semitism, racism. and in real life, the actresses all really cared about these issues too. it wasnt just part of a script for them, these topics were close to their hearts, and what many dont know is be arthur (dorothy) and estelle getty (sophia) were jewish in real life, so touching on anti semitism, which wasnt really discussed, was important to them.

Dorothy always has me dying lol but I have such a soft spot for Rose
