Usually a blind person will wear dark glasses .My uncle became legally blind progressively to the point he could not read something unless his eyes were a few inches from the text.He wore dark glasses all the time

@@lindaeasley5606 They usually wear it because their eyes can wonder back and forth like they're looking for something. also to keep their eyes closed. Some don't like glasses. I don't think Hellen Keller wore glasses for the most part.

Yup. My mom had a pregnancy scare at 46. She thought her tubal ligation 13 years earlier had failed. Huge relief when the dr tested and she wasn't pregnant. She didn't take a home pregnancy test as they weren't available in our part of the world yet. Yes I'm that old. Almost 46 myself.

I laughed 5 times. The lady that had her eyes closed is Rose's sister and she is blind.

The reason that actress kept her eyes closed is because she was playing a blind character.

If memory serves me, Polly Holliday, the woman whose eyes weren't open, was playing as a blind friend who was visiting. She went on to be Flo on the show Alice. Her famous line is, " Kiss my grits "..... this makes me miss the Golden Girls!!!! Just may have to order a collection. Thanks for this treat!!

True,but she first played Flo in the '70s before this episode of "Golden Girls" which didn't premiere until the mid-eighties

The wear your shorts clip reminded me of the time I worked a double shift and I was really tired I was on my way home and out of the corner of my eye I saw a naked man walk out of his house to his porch to get his mail I was tired so I thought I was seeing things so I looked and sure enough I wasn't just seeing things there he stood on his porch going through his mail not caring at all he's butt naked I was stunned I had never seen anything like that in my life before that or after. and I have accepted that for the blessing it is.
