I just realised Shayne and Damien's friendship gives off the exact same vibe as Ian and Anthony's - the whole 'one person just has to breathe and the other one cracks up' kind of deal, plus both duos playing off of each other perfectly when involved in the same bit.

Anthony and Ian always had great chemistry, and I have not seen either of them have that kind of chemistry with anyone else, so I'm happy to see them together in videos again, it just feels right. These duos work 👍

The addition of the BTS bits is absolutely huge, please keep doing that. From the tidbits Alex says to things said between takes, it's really feeling even more like a family with that stuff added in to the video. 🎉

fr. we can't forget about Rhett and Link being the internet dads who saved the day. real folks who really care about the entertainment world and the creators who make it happen. I think its so cool that they really kept smosh afloat and allowed it to come to this day

I think we need a full sketch where Chosen is showing Anthony the ropes. Anthony is desperately trying to explain that he started everything but soon learns the deep dark truths of new Smosh. Full training montage starts and Anthony soon becomes one of the chosen.

I need a whole sketch of Tommy of Amazon and shayne of UPS like goals, there's history there 😂

The little harmonic music as Anthony shook his head to say 'No' in response to knowing how to play was hilarious! Haven't watched Smosh in awhile, not since the OG Smosh days, and the minecraft days on Smosh games with Mari, Joven, Lasercorn, Sohinki (sorry if I spelt one wrong), etc.. but this made me so happy to watch!

ian and anthony are like the perfect example of friends who can spend x amount of time apart and act like it's been 5 minutes.

Ian looks like he's glowing, i'm genuinely so happy for him

When Ian pulled the farting thing from under the stool and was all "mmmhhmmmmm" at Shayne, I immediately thought of a dad getting frustrated with their child lol

Ian just looks like he’s got his spark back, y’know? Like his best friend came back home and it’s complete again lol I’m so happy for them :)

If Anthony comes back for another Try Not To Laugh (I'm pretty sure he's very busy with Ian & Anthony sketches and his "I Spent a Day With" series, which is fair), I think it would be fun to see him try the Blind Pairs rules because those shenanigans have some of the funniest improv. It's also a fun way for the cast to challenge their improv skills.

I don't know why but the Chicken King song gets me every time. There's just something so wholesome about Ian just being stupid trying to make Anthony laugh, and you KNOW he knows exactly what his best friend likes XD

such a weird thing to say but, i didn’t realize how much i missed anthony’s laugh in smosh overall. the joy is immeasurable LETS GOOO 😭❤️

It was cute how high energy and excited Ian was to laugh with anthony in this vid. Still one of my favourite vids

newer viewers that don't know anthony or old smosh are just going to see this and realize how insane anthony is and how chaotic him and ian can be, which is just great.

honestly having Anthony again feels like both the most natural thing in the world and completely surreal all at once

Ian and Anthony look so happy, I was never a dedicated smosh fan but I’m so happy for them. They look like young boys again just having fun and being besties

This episode feels like goofing around with your older sibling when they come back to visit after moving away to go to college.

I forgot Anthony could be funny and I forgot Ian could be happy. I’m happy for both. Also Jackie is all of us.
