I agree with you on all these clips Jack, my secondhand anxiety was through the roof 😂

I've learned the best thing you can do with your fears is learn! Using planes as an example I've been watching a lot about disasters, engineering, how pilots are trained, ect. What this has done is taught me what to do in case of an emergency. Sure they tell you at the beginning but in a lot of cases people panic so much they forget and flight attendants trying to tell people go unheard as there's usually loud sounds and the speaker is out.

I do the Anxiety Challenge when I have to go down the town where there are people.

The gokart down the hill one is a place called The Luge and I tried it before. They tell you how to drive, what too look out for and so on.

I would have been anxious.... If not for the fact that I lived in a apartment 26 stories up. Really helps get rid of any fear you had.

If Sean ever does this again he should wear his heart rate monitor to see how anxious he gets

It wouldn't be a good move move on his part. Most of what makes this video is his reactions to other videos. Probably some of this stuff did give him a slight bit of anxiety. But also probably, most of it didn't really. It is a huge difference between experiencing something in person and watching it on a screen with someone else doing it.

the bus on the hill is literally every school bus in wv. if its not on state roads, majority of the time its on paved roads but its just wide enough that a car can pass by the bus if it pulls over. its really scary going uphill.

@@Ernani1972 Personally, as a 28 year old man, I know I actually do have some anxiety-related illness(es). I'm due to finally see a doctor about it pretty soon, though - so, not just being a drama queen about it lol.

I have extreme anxiety it is the biggest roadblock in my life so this good training for me even though I started taking medication for so thanks Sean.

The slide off the cliff is my mind running wild every time think about heights. nightmare fuel.

What makes it funny is so far, there are no orca attacks on humans. Orcas are smart enough to know from sperm whales that messing with humans is the worst choice ever.

Nz go cart thing is the luge and is so much fun. My school went to it when I was 12. The "Skyline" in Rotorua is the best, it has a ramp and everything!

I’m glad knowing what it’s like to have the fear of heights because I’ve always had the fear since I was young and just looking up at the sky or goin on a plane I freak out every time I hate anything to with heights

I’ve been on those go karts in NZ. Near Rotorua. Great fun!
