A few are complaining about the price point. This is literally the same price as the Mercedes 6x6, except bigger. A much better (and useable) body with factory installed lights. At least they made it for everyone instead of leaving it limited for Snap-On only at those ridiculous prices. That one IS overpriced.

That thing is sweet! You can put squirrels on the back, too, lol.

The way traxxas does things, I'm thinking/hoping they come out with a "wide bed" lol, for this. They know how to get our money haha.

Definitely agree on all those upgrade. It’s cool. Need a sound box with some stacks. Then we are styling.

Try adding a short stiff spring on the shock shaft so that halfway through the travel, it acts as a helper spring. You will lose a bit of compression travel but at least it will ride higher and sway less.

This is a cool rig. I got to drive it at the hobby shop for a bit. Now i want one. 👍👍👍

I'm glad to see they used ball bearings on that carrier. When you showed the underside I think I saw some molded in support, so I believe that the bed is injection molded. I agree it needs stiffer springs and sway bars on the rear. I saw a video (@Scott RC) where someone had made the Snap on tools version into a functional roll back. It WOULD have been nice if they had made the bed an inch wider! One more on my list of toys I want but cant afford🤣!

Yeah these run at 3v I think so they aren’t compatible with most of the rest of the world. I did all kinds of rock lights on the trx6 a while back.

Been waiting for this lol haven’t got mine yet

Hell yeah the driveline of TRX4’S are bomb proof, mine got rolled over by a car and still drove off, frame was straight as an arrow and the motor could spin the wheels😱 killed the servo tho😟

Shit I want this, needs a wider bed and dual tires in the rear axles. If the aftermarket companies delivers that ill pick one right away

You could do the same as my crossRC BC8 / MAZ 537 rear suspension as a beam that pivots between front and rear axle. If you do it cantilever style with really stiff spring you keep some suspension up and down, not just pivot 1 up the other down. I really want the bed to move like a real roll back before I'll buy one.

3645 outrunner at 1400KV/4S will suite this truck prima!

It only needs .... Dually sets on the rear widened rear bed with tilt and slide 🤔 I want one !!!!

It was made to fit the TRAXXAS SPORTS/ROAD BODY CARS THEY MAKE. SEE IT ON HARLEY'S VID✌🏼

It's completely Traxxas for the bed to be to narrow for anything appropriate to fit. I betcha th they sell a kit to make it as wide as it should have been.

why don’t you use the mark santa maria thumb steer wheels? also plz put the black vitavon stuff on it so it looks cleaner 🤣

So what I’d like to know is why didn’t traxxas continue this truck when they came out with the snap on edition! I definitely would have got one of these before I bought the Mercedes edition! Nice truck though!!👍😁😎

Too bad the proline carbine duallies don't fit over the portals, you can run em super wide but they look stupid that way

Find a friend that can 3d print a wider bed. Then you have something

Don't get why you always go to a sway bar. Why not learn how to tune shocks?

I thought the bed goes down like a ramp. What a shame traxxas

looks really nice, but is useless that hurts, unless you have an extra 1000 to spend, it just gonna sit in your shelves for life

Way to expensive for me and when will traxxas stop painting the windows it makes it look cheap and nasty sorry it's just not for me,to be honest there isn't anything traxxas makes I like there is better out there for a lot less
