Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Got this 250R in boxes, rebuilt the the entire motor, bottom end, top end, made a custom spacer plate, New clutch, found all the misc. missing parts and order them, rebuilt shocks. Have another 250R project I pick up at the end of the video.

Best rebuild channel by far. I had no knowledge of rebuilding an engine and spent 2 weeks watching your videos. Rebuilt a 400ex and a 250x with only what I learned from your videos. Laying the parts out how u do left to right helped tremendously also
Use kerosene instead of gas kerosene and some brushes I've helped my dad do a lot of old school engine rebuilds and that was always the cleaning method and it works good take your parts emerging kerosene overnight go out brush the s*** off of them the next morning and it also works as a lubricant better than gasoline for sure gas will work to get it clean kerosene will work a little bit better and a whole lot less likely to spontaneously catch on fire

@@lucascady4992 I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure diesel has a worse effect on your skin when we would use kerosene I would do a bare handed even though that's probably not the best thing but never had it affect my skin

Appreciate you too el groucho.
I use diesel fuel for cleaning parts as opposed to Gasoline because i'm always making sparks and Diesel has a low flash point and fewer fumes.. but its gets the job done
New sub....love your vids! Gives me a lot of confidence in restoring my dirt cheap LT-Z250. Now I just need the piles of cash...... Thanks for the content! Especially enjoyed YOUR LT-Z250 vids, and that sweet sweet 300EX :D

How long do you leave the case on the hot plate for ? What temperature does it have to read at ?
What was the squish on that piston to head? 😂 dig the video man
Can we see a trx450r vs trx250r drag when you are done?
I have a shit ton of parts for a 250r quad axle bumpers brakes disc all sorts of stuff nerf bars axles a arms too much too type
What happened to the ultra sonic cleaner. Did it crap out on ya??
Do you sell the quads and if so where do I see them?
Did you check the squish band after adding the cylinder spacer plate and how much is the piston out of the bore? What head gasket are you using?

@@TimeMachinesATVs I just rebuilt my R engine and used the “thin” head gasket and checked all those measurements for piece of mind and to know what octane fuel is required. Looks like you’re using race fuel like I am. Pump gas is a gamble in 2 strokes. Cool vid!
Do another race 250 r vs 450r. 🤔
