2022 saw Penn Elcom receive our latest TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 machine, one of 4 new additions to our UK manufacturing facility.
In a matter of weeks, the high-tech, complex punching machine was installed onsite at Penn Elcom, Hastings, UK by the excellent TRUMPF engineers. The TruPunch machine is mostly used to produce our globally renowned 19-inch racking parts and speaker grilles, but is also used on a wide range of our product catalogue.
As well as the 3 upgraded TruPunch 3000 machines, at the start of 2022, after a much-anticipated wait, we also took delivery of the new TRUMPF TruMatic 3000. The first in the UK, the TruMatic 3000 combines the advantages of punching technology with high-quality laser cutting, which enables Penn Elcom to increase production levels and streamline our manufacturing process.
