The first turkey I killed was in 1980. I feel like I became proficient with a wingbone around 2019. And it opened my eyes (and ears) to some things I didn’t know existed in the woods with turkeys.

Those are killer tree yelps, only obtained by tons of practice!

Lewis Stowe passed away a short time ago. I’m sure it will be difficult to get your hands on one of his fine trumpet calls.

Yes you can if you learn to run a trumpet with one hand
