I played the trumpet for several years when I was a teenager. At 54, I decided to get back into it. With your exercises, I believe I can start again with a good base and be able to progress well. I find that it is not easy to start over from the beginning. I find you very good! Thanks for this video!

I'm glad the video was helpful! Let me know if there are other videos you would like to see.
Spot on! Having worked with the Bai Lin book the last 6 years as a supplemental to my daily exercises I wish I would had this approach and insight when I first opened his book.
Very nice presentation, not nutsy, or attempting comedy...learned....will follow more, you will help my development of skills

Thanks for the feedback! Im glad you found this video helpful.
I really like the way your videos are so well organized. You know right from the start where your taking us, and at the end you feel you've learned new things. As a professional player, you must certainly have to switch around with different instruments and mouthpieces. Is going back and forth from various pieces a problem, or is it something the chops just get used to?

It’s not too much of a problem for me these days. When I was younger, it was harder. I’ve worked to develop a similar approach for all my horns, so the feel isn’t dissimilar when I switch.
Great video, I love your work! :) Could you do a video on endurance maybe?
