If you look up the facts of history, you will find that millions of indigenous peoples all over the world died from diseases carried by the Western explorers to which they had no natural immunity. The entire population of Easter Island is one example of a place described by explorers as a Paradise. Then when they returned, the natives had been decimated by disease. Sad but true.
