But we had a proper wall. Steel reinforced concrete with glass shards embedded, guard towers with guards ordered to shoot anyone that tried to cross covering every meter, minefields, booby traps, barbed wire and dogs patrolling on long leashes. Guess what it didn’t work. And the people from East Germany weren’t fleeing from starvation, they still had something to loose.

If I accidentally hear a couple seconds while scanning stations out of boredom, I freak out and change it as fast as I can. I heard enough of their toxic bullshit growing up while riding in the car with my dad, I don't want to subject myself to any more of it now.
