He will be fine. This kind of things happen. I don't think he is a felon until he is sentenced. If they push it they will just lower Trumps charges to a misdeamener. Trump has had a Dead Man's Switch since he was in his 30's, if he actually goes to jail there will be a 10 foot high stack of folders each with the name and crime commited, that will be mailed to every news station and paper in the world. This DMS is the real reason he gets away with so much! That stack gets mailed and dropped off to the news makers and it will collapse the whole system like a log jam. It is mutually assured destruction so there is no way they can jail him! It's just the way the world works and it has been that way since ancient times. Nobody goes to prison as a first time offender convicted of falsifying business records to cover up another crime. The crime they covered up needs to be prosecuted. They do not and should not treat someone differently because they are an ex-President

How many bail bonds have been defied by this event? He was out on bail in four different districts. Judge Chutkan and judge McAfee both need to rescind his bail release and remand him into custody.

He claimed his uncle held the record for the longest time at MIT as a professor. If he had only been telling the truth, but alas he can’t do that. The record for longest time of being employed as a professor at MIT was another teacher. This dude just taught his last class on linear algebra at 88 years old and had been a professor there for 67 years.
