If you know anything about law, you would understand that it's actually on the prosecution's shoulders to prove that the accused is guilty. Trump doesn't need to testify at all. Most defendants don't.

Todd Blanche continually looks miserable. That should tell us how things are going. Van Der Veen is blowing smoke and says Blanche looked positive outside the courtroom after it was over. I searched for one photo or video that showed him smiling or positive, I found none. In all photos Blanche looks grumpy and sad.
