I’m a speech therapist. Donald presents with expressive language delays involving malapropisms and mental confusion. His behavior at trial, ie.. falling asleep and difficulty determining facts from fiction may indicate a deteriorating neurological condition. Where as Joe Biden has a dysfluency disorder that has been present since early childhood. His cognitive functioning appears intact however his motor skills are not as sharp , but age appropriate.
