The very first sentence of the description is "Donald Trump has delivered a 25-minute speech..." this isn't misinformation, it's an abridged version for people who don't feel like or don't have time to watch the full 25 minute speech, and it also provides the information needed for viewers to be aware that they can watch a longer version if they choose. calling this misinformation is like calling a movie trailer misinformation because it doesn't contain the entire movie.
