True Religion Brand Jeans uses premium denim, some of which is made in the United States. In 2009, True Religion was sold in about 900 boutiques and specialty stores in 50 countries on six continents.
Its flagship store opened in 2005, in Manhattan Beach, California. True Religion products are also sold at major department stores, including Von Maur, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Avenue. After filing for bankruptcy in 2017, the brand closed some stores.True religion plans to change its logo in 2020.

True Religion sews a security tag beneath its jeans' (and T-shirts') inside label. It has a red "U" on it.
True Religion Brand Jeans general counsel Deborah Greaves says fake jeans often smell funny because of the way they're shipped to the U.S. True Religion jeans for children are made in Mexico; jeans for adults are made in the U.S.
The rivets on the front of the jeans should have "TRBJ" printed on them and the zippers should read "YKK."
In many styles of True Religion jeans, smiling Buddhas are printed on the front pocket linings. They should be neither too bright nor too faded. The pockets should contain Pellon, a thin fabric lining used for support.
If the denim seems flimsy or cheap, the jeans are probably fake, especially if they're for larger folks. True Religion doesn't make men's jeans bigger than size 38, or women's bigger than size 32 (although it once made women's jeans size 34).
If think you've found a deal that's too good to be true, it probably is. A pair of True Religion jeans for less than $100 is likely fake.
There are only a few internet shops that are allowed to sell original True Relision Jeans on the Internet. So-called fake shops sell counterfeits or buy True Religion jeans from unauthorized sources.
Note: Online shops that use the name “True Religion” in the URL (especially with another term such as “outlet”) are not authentic and sell counterfeits.
True Religion jeans feature an inside label that over the years has detailed a variety of information in a variety of different formats depending on the style.
The third label in the same inside location details further manufacturing details, style and cut codes. Check that the style names or numbers found here match those on any swing-tags or paperwork.

Buying from official stores is the safest place to guarantee authenticity.
2:19 The one you claimed to be original jeans (the one with the American flag) looks fake too. Pay attention to the inside label logo. It looks more like the Ghostbuster due to lack of details.

I have seen some TR jeans zippers with YKK engravings only. The brand engraving wasn't present

If everything else complies, then most probably it's original. I have seen original TR with suchlike tag.

Not even 100% sure if mine are real lol because the back says “Ricky Surer T” but most checks out as real.. besides the silver line, the silver line is on the smiley logo I think it might be a defect, it doesn’t have the 2nd care tag with the QR code though..

True Religion manufactures original apparel in Pakistan. But this info only, is not enough to determine authenticity. You should check all the numbered elements in the video

I double checked. The real jeans are DEFINITELY REAL. They are old model but definitely real. All the elements are legit. In fact I checked the cut number and the very same jeans results came out poshmark.com/listing/TRUE-RELIGION-white-stitch-low-rise-jeans-5f9f4b7a81a36cf7a43fc890

@@VoiceOfPeopleToday they are 100% fake, a production designer confirmed a long time ago on a purse forum one of the tell-tale signs is the numbers underneath the security tag. They should ALWAYS be printed on.. every fake I've seen had embroidered numbers.

The real one is vintage and definitely real. Search for the style numbers, and you will find identical jeans models with identical elements as the one in this video.
