if you took 8 minutes to unload rock on a job you'd get signed out. two transfers carry about 60 tons. they can unload neater, tighter, and faster than this. not only that but they can fit in tighter spaces not having a trailer that's 52' long.

I don't understand why he doesn't just tip it out, goes backwards and forwards then puts it in the same place? the only thing I can think of is that it was overloaded and couldn't lift the weight until he got some off.

There should be a mechanical way of locking those doors,it should be unlocked/released from the cab.He should NOT have to hit anything with a hammer,while putting himself in the danger zone.Only,when someone is hurt,or killed will they redesign that mechanism.For now,though,it works,AND its in Malaysia,where H&S don't matter,until its too late.

Nowadays where we use this type of Model Tipping Trailer less Production and usage, which is less relevant because it requires a large enough space to complete its tasks or even specialized sites such as regular work. Unable to carry all orders related to his job.

A very poor design , inefficient , unsafe , and super slow . A curved bucket could've dumped the aggregate 2-3 ft away from the truck tires, thus avoiding unnecessary back and forth movements to dump.

Yes I know that but in new zealand we tip 2and3axle artics but we use front of body hoists not underbodys on the artics and we tip on level ground That method seems a very long arduous way of doing it
