Truck EDC: Tools & Emergency Gear to Get Out of Most Situations
Ойын-сауық
Check out my truck EDC and see the tools and gear that I use to fix vehicles, problems on the homestead, and countless other things that come up when I least expect them. I've spent years getting this truck setup just the way I like it. It really works for me. Now I've got a new (to me) truck that I've got to figure out how I want to set up.

My last comment about that first aid kit got me thinking. One thing that could help is a epipen there is always someone allergic to bee stings and it could save a life 👍

That's definitely a good one to add to the kit.
Nice setup
Nice truck. I believe you have more tools and storage than my entire garage.

Thanks, man. Yea, I tend to keep adding to the list. I like to be ready for whatever comes my way.
Great tour! You have a rolling tool truck - nicely organized too. Might have missed it but I didn't see any recovery gear - soft shackles, dynamic recovery rope, hitch pull point, etc.

Thanks, man! I try to have my bases covered. I forgot to go into much depth on recovery gear. I do have shackles. I don't have a hitch pull yet. But I do have my trailer hitch pin to run a tow strap through. I should probably shore up my recovery gear a little. I appreciate the feedback.
Good to see you back posting a video, bud. I like your videos.👍🏻

That’s a freakin sweet setup OSM. Love these kinds of videos. Loved that first tool bag video from a few years ago as that helped me organize a few for myself. Keep the great videos rollin and have a great holiday sir…👍👍👍

Hello there!
Welp; you got the deck system so I just got skunked 😂
Car wash … my truck hasn’t had any more than a rinse with a power washer in 9 years 😆. It’s kept undercoated to resist the northeast road salt. Not real pretty, but not rusty either. I’ve also got an 8’ bed which is open for hauling. Unless I sacrificed part of my bed, I couldn’t put nearly as much in my truck as you have. I’m good with straps, first aid kit, tow balls, tools, fluids, jumper cables and wiper blades.

Lol, my dad says the same thing regarding car washes. I like your list. As long you have those things, you're pretty well covered.
First aid kit something so simple but so useful good idea probably better then rags and electrical tape lol

Lol for sure, and a good tourniquet.
In the winter, i add a shovel and blanket. I prefer to keep my truck pretty empty now. Less thinks to get stolen. I do always keep toilet paper and gloves.

Those are good ones to add for winter, Mike. I hear ya on that. I'll probably need to look at a toolbox for my new truck. Thanks for saying toilet paper, I need to add that to the list.
Tape measure not measuring tape.lol
