You should design a simple side fold down shelf, that you can use inside that truck cap to make cooking easier and it would also be a little safer. It would make food prep easier by giving you a little "table " to work off of, but mostly it gets the hot stuff and flames up away from everything.

Couple of off the cuff notes… A fork is a much better whisk than a knife And when coating food to fry it’s best practice to have a ‘wet hand’ and a ‘dry hand’ … they’ll mix for sure but you’ll waste less and make less mess! Keep up the good work 👌🏼

Hey Mav. Two must haves for your air fryer. Spray olive oil and baking power (not soda!). After you bread something, give a spritz of olive oil and then a light sprinkling of baking powder. It will taste like you took it out of a real deep fryer. Enjoy and love the videos, dude!

This is a recipe me and my family use to make some delicious bread Ingredients: Get half a cup of melted butter then add 2-4 crunched garlic, add 1 loaf of any type of bread but to make it better you can use a baguette 🥖 finally add two tablespoons of parsley 🌿 Steps: Cut the bread into medium-small pieces then mix the garlic and butter, then brush the garlic and butter on to each pieces of bread and sprinkle some parsley on it. I think on your air frier there is a bake mod that you can use and bake it for 300-350 degrees for 7-9 minutes and then let it sit in there for 2-4 minutes and there the recipe is done ✅ My name is Jake. hope you enjoy.

Hey Mav, you got the best life plan Bro! Congrats. I had that air fryer at home and we used it every day for like 60 days until the pan rusted out. IMO, there are better brands - like Dash. In my custom converted tiny road warrior van I only cook with electric.. I run a much smaller 1000w Dash air fryer and a 800w Nesco skillet. I power them with my upgraded (and only) starter battery (155AH Sealed AGM) through a 2000w inverter and I run the engine while cooking. No propane or flame inside my van. I maintain that oversized battery with my alternator and a whole roof 320W solar panel. One massive perk about my van air fryer - I cook while driving. One simple recipe I enjoy - Dry Picadillo - 1lb of 90/10 ground sirloin + 1/2 a green pepper diced + 1/2 a white onion diced under the meat cook on high for 10 min, pull over, mix it and season with Badia Harlem garlic pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Cook for 10 more minutes. Good with Rice or in a wrap with tomatoes and sauce of choice.

Protip to keep your air fryer clean. You can put aluminum foil on the bottom. Don't worry it won't burn or mess up the ventilation. Just always keep space in the back so air can get out.

You can heat a small space with it for sure. I have the same model and used it like a space heater next to my bed while waiting for my landlord to fix my radiator. Make sure it’s clean, fill the bottom with water, and point the back to an open area. Nothing makes more perfectly crisp chicken wings or bacon, but breaded stuff like cheese sticks, jalapeño poppers, etc don’t turn out well in these things. Also, try cooking the chicken without marinading it then used the marinade as a sauce after it cooks. The food turns out better and it saves you 20 minutes of scrubbing the the sticky caramelized mess when you clean it. Love your vids!
