As a Deaf person, it was such an honor to be able to be in the audience for this one. Drew is such a genuine person, and seeing Marlee and Troy was like a dream come true ❤️
Marlee Martin is the first deaf actor to be nominated for an Oscar (and ultimately win), Troy Kostur is the second and ironically they played couples in CODA. What a coincidence 🙌
Troy needs that Oscar. He deserves it.
CODA totally blew me away. An absolute gem.
I will never never get over the scene with Troy and Emilia as she was explaining the lyrics of the song to her dad while he was holding her THAT MAN DESERVES THE OSCAR!
i love the Drew barrymore show because she is such a good interviewer and she is not rude to any of her guest and she doesnt interrupts or cut off anybody. Marlee Matlin is an inspration to all hearing or hard of hearing /deaf.

Drew interviews with such compassion and kindness to each and everyone of her guests. It doesn’t matter if you’re a celebrity or not, you can tell Drew respects everyone with such understanding and grace. If there is a talkshow host who deserves an Emmy Award, it’s Drew Barrymore. The Drew Barrymore Show brings us hope and comfort. The only Daytime Television that is good for the soul.
I'm going to renew my Apple TV membership specifically to watch this movie. I've always loved Marlee Matlin and cannot wait to watch this.
