You're right! I've noticed more interest in the riders especially since I started doing that a few months ago.

good day my friend. Detailing is key :) I like to put led headlight bulbs in. Buy in quantity online, not to expensive. Just makes them pop. And if you mow after dark, they really make it better to see. And they will take the bouncing around better than a filament, bulb :) And for the spindle noise, i just replace bearings remove the inner seals and install a grease fitting. After you get everything set up, it takes about 15 -30 minutes, and they will outlast the mower and be supper quiet, and is a good selling point. I buy bearings in bulk online, not much to invest for the added longevity and just doing it right. :). And often times you cant get the bolts out of the spindles, so just drop the shafts out, drill and tap for grease fitting, throw in the new bearings, grease and better than FACT TRY, LOL. I purchase one of those yellow bulk, foot pump grease guns from Lock and Lube, love it. And when you buy your grease by the 5 gallon bucket the cost per tube of grease goes from 8-12 per tube, to about 3 dollars. Same with engine oil. 55 gallon drum, gets you down to 2-3 dollars per quart. Thank you for sharing your journey. Take care, my friend :)

Some great tips! I ordered LED lights and they came the same day that I sold the machine and gave them to the new owner to change out since it was pouring rain when they picked it up. Yes I'm always looking for ways to save a few dollars on supplies and rebuilding vs replacing if it makes sense time wise.

I have done a lot of these bronco now. The first time I changed the drive belt I forgot to check the variable drive pulley and burned up a belt.
