Trout Fishing & SOLO Camping! (Surrounded by COYOTES at Night!!!)
Спорт
I go Trout fishing & truck camping with my dog, Tikka after a quick update at the Mountain Fishing Farm! We pick up building supplies for the Desert Camp where I decided to build a small cabin. At night we build a fire and are completely surrounded by wild Coyotes!!!

Took the words right out of my mouth, I work 12 hours on midnights and I gotta say it makes my nights so much more enjoyable. I used to get off and be tired and go home and lay down and since I’ve found his content I get off and go fishing most days. So to that I say thank you NWFS for all you do and keep on keeping on
The energy. The knowledge. The cinematograph. I love it here !
Leif is the perfect example of what my mum ALWAYS told me. Try and try again. 🍻
Hello, my friend Thank you for the great video. I love your channel! Have a happy day.👍🏼
Just perfect time of your life and hour of mine :) thank you for taking me with you
Fun fact for you: Tikka means woodpecker in my language, Finnish. Tikka is also a very well known firearms manufacturer from Finland. With a flying slogan "Tikka takoo tarkasti" (The woodpecker strikes true. I know, doesn't work that well in English), they are appreciated especially by hunters, as well as the other brand of arms and ammo from the same manufacturer, Sako. But I guess most of you know this, you have Tikka and Sako rifles in the US I guess.

Watching your vids always makes me miss living in Washington! So beautiful.
Fishing is always my first interest, but your videos are just more exciting and interesting that you show us around the farm!! Your tips that you share with us are so useful and the landscape is also very gorgeous! Well done, as always! 👏🏻🎣

I love your rustic meals. When I camp like this a loaf of bread and some deli ham is all we eat. Little mustard too.

Yes, you can eat the prickley pear. You can also make a prickley pear margarita. They are very, very, very good!!!
Well it nice to see that you survive the winter ! Fishing in early spring is difficult do to water temperature Big Brown trout should be spawning sone ! It’s nice to see you out and about again 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍❤️❤️
Me and my 1 year old daughter loves your videoes, she always laugh when you say "fish on baby!" Looking like she thinks you are saying it to her. Keep up the great content 👍
I'll admit I haven't finished the video yet, but I thought I'd tell you about the prickly pears! Yes you can eat them, although you'll have to know when they're ripe. They can be easily harvested with a thick glove, just make sure to rinse them very thoroughly before touching them with your bare hand, because they contain little micro-spines that will leave your fingers in pain for hours. You can also eat the pads themselves, they're actually considered a superfood if I'm not mistaken. As far as uses, I've seen people who eat them like apples and as well making them jam is quite popular. Can't wait to finish the video!

lightly roasting in the fire will remove all those fine hair like prickles as well as the larger ones, or you can scrape them out. we have them in Australia, great survival food and lots of moisture. I've never tried them but an Aussie youtuber Rokkit Kit has relied on them for a couple survival videos. pretty cool you have them.
Great video again…real fishing…no bites. Good to see you’re getting the same luck we are. I want to see what you build next!
Hey bro! I am a beekeeper...and I assure you...if you go with honeybees out in the desert compound...you won't have "double sage brush tea" instead you'd have some FIRE honey to mix with that sage brush! Hit me up if you have questions on honeybees! Another great video as always keep it coming!
I used to go to your videos back in the day for fishing but over the years now with a wife and small kids we come to your videos for your personality and what you have going on in your life

Your "found Potatoes" reminded me of working the Monterey peninsula for 18 years. The area was called the salad bowl of America. The produce trucks would leave crates of produce on the roads and I drove a van for a utility company. I couldn't help but gather this bounty &share it.😅❤

Just a little tip when it comes to Braid and the windknots that you get; using lipice or Chapstick over the knotted area helps it to unloop itself

I saw you got your braid tangled. I learned from a fishing guide to apply chapstick to the knot and slowly pull the line. The knot comes right out like magic! I love your videos man!!!
Watching you make that face and throw out the rest of the tea had me laughing way too hard.
love your videos man
Dammm this guy can EAT!!! WOW
Washington state is so diverse and beautiful. I live 28 miles north of Spokane . Only 29 minutes from the Idaho border. The rivers , lake's and creeks are everywhere around here. Would you ever come this far east to shoot a catch and cook? I'd enjoy guiding you through this wonderful area of Washington, Idaho and Montana. Too many fishing spots within a minute of each other.
Yeah!!!
You should take a goldpan to your adventures sometime. Gruss aus der schweiz.
Tempat yang bagus solo camping mudah mudahan ada sambaran ikan besar dalam memancing
Fish on 🎣🐠❤️
So the cactus fruit is actually eatable and in Israel we eat those fruits and the tast is great In order to collect the fruit u need to take a pickle tin and hammer to it a long stick than u can grab the fruit and carefully peel the fruit with knife By the way I love your content keep it up.
The cactus you have, you can eat the fruits and the young cactus leaves as well, nopales, very healthy for you. Clean them down slice and boil. Really good with scrambled eggs!
Yes the cactus fruit is sweet and edible. A lil'bit seedy but very sweet. Bummersville on the desert camp but I'm sure u'll build it up bigger n better! Better luck on next fishin trip. God Bless n Fish on!
This is life I like this

You can always pull over and fish fly fish some spots on the Yakima river on the way back too👍 That Mountain ranch looks like a cool set up.

You can eat the prickly pear fruits when they turn red. Also if you roast them while they are green you can eat them. The larger pads can be hollowed out after you remove the spines to make a canteen.
I just watched every other video on your channel so excited to see another one posted tonight!!
I enjoyed the lifestyle style video. inspiring
