TCM issues , Issues with the TCM, to Tcm issues to Issues with the TCM over and over ... going in circles, after 4 minutes I saw no information of any sort will be given here.

I'll save you all 8 minutes of your life. His solutions are 1) get a 12 gauge wire and connect one end to TCM mounting bolt and other end to any frame bolt to improve ground. 2) replace TCM.

Thank you this makes sense. So I have a tcm communication problem even with the new tcm after a while it will trans fault and I get codes no communication or lost communication with tcm I'm going to add a ground from the body to the tcm like you suggested. Because the ground they designed is bolted to the transmission then to the car. So the tcm is only grounded through that small amount the tcm is touching the casing of the trans and bolt thred. I bet this worked thanks so much

Hi. I have a 2016 acura mdx and when I replace the tcm with a replacement nothing turns on. With the old one the car starts. Any ideas?
