I am a retired Court employee and I have actually worked as a Court Typist with the Hon'ble Judge for thirteen years. I had witnessed same type of order passed by the Hon'ble Judge to whom I was attached. This video reminded me the said incident. sir I have a question plz reply .. here the mother is victimised n the son is cruel but what if a son has done all his duties gave a nice home to mother , lic is done , medical aim his done . but the mother is so controlling n narcissistic n never lets him leave his life .who since the age of 11 took care of his mother n father n sister left to become an actor in Mumbai n never ever did her reponsilbities . but when the son got married to the girl who he wanted is dark skinned colour n the mother wants him not to leave with her . n drags him to the court on the baseless allegations with no evidences lets say domestic violence . but the son has everything ng to give that he has done all his duties will this favour him or just that since she is a woman so can take a wrong advantage of being a mother ?

but remember there are such mothers also who drag their son on the basis of wrong things as they want to control their sons too. trust me I have seen such cases .incase my own mother is terribly narcissistic . I lost childhood . did not complete my education . made home with my mother secured her old age but she made my life hell coz of her controlling behaviour n my own sister left 15 years ago to make her careen to be an actress n live there . lived her life on her terms n conditions but still she is everything n I m nothing . I live on rent gave home to my mother ,gave my own gold gave everything with my own wish but still she is destroying me coz I got married to the girl who is dark skinned . such mothers are blemish in our society

Hmmmm.....what about parents who throw their children and dont bother and elope with another man for 40 yrs and then come back to claim maintenance. That is ok in your eyes ? Dont be archaic and biased. Parents do everything....parents are god.....use your brains....YOUR PARENTS WERE GOOD TO YOU.....90% are.....but there are 10 percent that are criminal. How many parents have sold their underaged daughters for human trafficking.....how many mothers throw the just born into the hospital waste bin and run away.

Ma baap ne sikhaya tha ki jab bade hoge tab maadna mede ko ya biwi ke saath milke bezaat karna, baccha jab khud ye sikh liya to law bhi sikh leta. Kitna hard hai ye samjhna ki jo ma baap apne sapne kurbaan kar dete ki baccha padhe, aage badhe unka budhapa humne chubne lagta, lekin zameen chaiye, ghar chaiye, bas ma baap nahi chaiye. Agar ye cheez bhi sikhana pade to lanat hai aise zindagi pe.

@@user-pm5bb6zk5m ma baap ka farz to nahi hai ki 60saal ke umra me 30 saal ke bete ka dhyan rakhe, 30 saal tak padhaya likhaya, to kamao aur khao, ma baap pe tumhara koi adhikaar nahi hai. Kuch to baat hoga ki ma baap ko bete bahu se dikkat hua hoga. Ma baap ne itna bada kiya tede ko tede kitne galti maaf kiye to aisa kya hua jo ab problem ho raha. Btw, kitne aadhram aise hai India me jahan bete aur bahu milte, bahu ashram nahi hota, beta ashram bhi nahi hota but vridha ashram hota hai. So, majority of case me bete bahu hi ma baap ko padeshan karte, rarest of the rare case me opposite hota.......and i am again saying ma baap ke property pe beta ka koi haq nahi hai, unhone kamaya, tumhe iss layak banaya ki kuch kar sako zindagi me, ab agar unki khusi hai tumhare saath rahne me to welcome else apne apne rashte, unhone theka nahi le rakha hai 30saal ke bete ko paalne ka.

The judge doesn't care about emotions. Husband's house, opposition didn't oppose ownership of the house. Mother wants everyone out of the house. Therefore by law mother gets the house. Whatever else happened is irrelevant. If judge was emotional then son and daughter-in-law would get charges for harrassing senior citizen.

Thank you judge sahebji... Jis tarah bahu k ek fake dowry case krne se pure in-laws ko jail me bhar diya jata h bina unki baaton ko sun kr or bina investigation . Thik usi trah maa ya pita k complain krne per bi judiciary ko ektarfha action lena chahiye bina bete-bahu ki baatein sunkr. Kioki property to aakhir maa-pita ne hi bnayi hoti h. To puchha-puchchhi krk time kio waste krna.

ये जज इंसान हैं फिर भी सही फैसला करते हैं और एक तुम्हारा अल्लाह है जो दुनिया को काफिर और मुसलमान में बाटता है, गैर मुसलमान कितना भी अच्छा काम करे लेकिन उसे अल्लाह जहन्नुम की आग में जलाएगा और मुसलमान कितना भी गंदा काम करे उसे अल्लाह अंत में जन्नत हीं भेजेगा। अल्लाह से तो ईमानदार एक इंसान है। छी

@@allthebest8287 mc तू बोल रहा है की जो मुसलमान गलत काम करते हैं वो भी गैर मुसलमानो की तरह जहन्नुम में जाएंगे, सुन MC अगर मैं ये साबित कर दूं कुरान और हदीस से की अगर कोई मुसलमान गलत काम भी कितना भी किया हो लेकिन वो अगर मुहम्मद को अल्लाह का रसूल मानता है तो अंत में उसे अल्लाह जन्नत में हीं डालेगा और एक काफिर गैर मुसलमान जो मुहम्मद को रसूल वसूल नहीं मानता है उसने जीवन भर एक भी पाप नहीं किया फिर भी उसे कुरान का अल्लाह जहन्नुम में हीं डालेगा। एक बाप की औलाद है तो शर्त लगा अगर मैं ये साबित करने में नाकाम हुआ तो अभी कलमा पढ़ लूंगा और अगर साबित कर दिया तो तूझे अभी ये स्वीकार करना होगा की मुहम्मद फर्जी था। एक बाप की औलाद है तो शर्त लगा। बोल

@@allthebest8287 जिस जज की तू तारीफ कर रहा है वो जज हिंदू है मतलब काफिर है मुशरिक है तो फिर कैसे अल्लाह इसकी हिफाजत करेगा? साबित कर और हो सके तो किसी मौलवी से भी पूछ जाके की एक काफिर मुशरिक को क्या अल्लाह जन्नत में डालेगा या जहन्नुम में । साबित कर अभी कलमा पढ़ लूंगा और नहीं साबित कर पाया तो मुहम्मद को फर्जी बोलेगा।

Don't exit ur parents from home.. Because of them ..u r able to see this World.. respect ur parents and love them... otherwise u will spoil/destruct soon ...
