This video in a nutshell is why we used Raad as our Realtor. He knows his stuff but just as important he is honest and real. He told us some things we wish were not true but as new home buyers we needed to be aware of everything. He helped us understand and mitigate the cons. There were no surprises in the process! Information is so important, everyone's pros and cons are can be different, Raad gets this!

@@lizajane1179 Covid buyers paid at the top of market prices because money was cheap and people could work from home so lots of people moved and created great demand and higher prices

Great take Raad! People who want to SELL their homes need to hear the truth! That's our job to get our clients the outcome they want, sometimes that comes with delivering news and strategies that aren't what they want to hear.

Wow. Great update! We are seeing this first hand as you mentioned from Austin to San Antonio with some new home companies offering buyer's agents a 4% commission. Also traffic at many new home communities in these areas is almost non existent, at least when we have been out and about. It will be interesting to see how differently things will look in 6-9 months as rates begin to drop. I think we all have to remain optimistic knowing that they will indeed drop and hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for the video Raad.

In San Antonio they trying to sell land for 100,000 k for 7000 sf and most of them are on market for over year this ppl are out there mind 😂 they need to wake up
