From South Texas area also and I agree we need rain. Praying for no flooding for those areas that do flood. Praying for no hurricane.

Pat I don’t think this is going to be the last season with supercharged or hyperactive activity. They could be much more worst seasons to come in a warning planet. I don’t know where you live, but I live somewhere where there where there is a 16% chance of a hurricane, making landfall within 50 miles of my house. If you want to do an eastern, pacific hurricane season four cast, I would assume you would say near to below average.
Mexico City needs to watch for flooding for sure

The Tropics are about to explode and sure enough I do see signs of a possible another hurricane Katrina this year this reminds me of the hurricane season of 2005
