Tropical storm forming near Madagascar
Another late season storm is forming near the Farquhar group of islands in the Seychelles, north of Madagascar, and is expected to drop large amounts of rain over the area. Although its circulation hasn't yet tightened up enough to be considered a tropical cyclone, it does contain storm force winds and is expected to improve in the next 24 hours. The track of the storm will take it generally slowly westwards, before turning northwards. A fair amount of stalling is likely along its track, with low track confidence.
Elsewhere, the Eastern Pacific now boasts a 40% of storm formation, with convection firing up near El Salvador likely to become this potential storm. Whilst the GFS is confident in development, the ECMWF model is still apprehensive, and does not develop the storms. Others such as the CMC and ICON develop a weaker storm than the GFS.
In the Western Pacific, a low chance of formation is given to an area of interest in the deep tropics, over central Micronesia. The system will eventually move north or west, and at the moment is not expected to form, at least in the next seven days.

the original bulletin from Meteo France was a zone of disturbed weather with winds of 35 knots until Madagascar METEO named it.

Doesn't Meteo France name the cyclones? Force Thirteen said the same thing in the EPAC Livestream, is it Meteo Madagascar?

@@danilobaldoz1183 Madagascar or Mauritius names the cyclones. Meteo France only makes the RSMC advisories for the Southwest Indian ocean. Ialy was named by Meteo Madagascar at 1200 UTC.

Ialy has now been named, and really late after the SWIO season ended. Another consecutive year of off-season storms in that basin.

Wiki states that western region of SWIO where Ialy formed, the regular season ends May 15th.

After this video's been posted, Ialy has become the second off-season storm for the SWIO! WPAC, EPAC, NIO, and (again?!) SWIO TC could form soon! The NIO TC might be the most dangerous out of the four, though WPAC and EPAC could spin up an intense one...

Currently now Ialy! Right now Ialy's status has been on a downward trend right now and is forecasted to bounce up north and dying.
I prefer these hurricane names should be retired Hurricane Alex- Hurricane Alex made landfall as a category 3 in Mexico so hurricane Alex- should be already retired in 2010 Hurricane Karl- Hurricane Karl also made landfall as a category 3 so again this should be retired in 2010 Hurricane Emily- As you may know hurricane Emily makes a landfall category 4 and cost millions of damages this should retired in 2005 Hurricane Lee- Hurricane Lee should be retired in 2023 because it hit Canada as a extra tropical even though is weak cyclone it cause damages

I disagree with Lee getting retired, Lee's overshadowed by Juan and especially Fiona, which they have done worse in similar impacted areas as Lee. As for Emily, although it would be the case on paper, Wilma and Stan basically overshadowed Emily in the same year...
