My favorite thing I’ve realized about Trombone Champ videos, is that you don’t really see any bots playing. All recommended videos I’ve seen are played by a human, flaws and all, and it’s somehow SO much better than watching these songs being played 100% perfect. It goes against the very nature of rhythm games, but it works! Even if it is a silly game that isn’t supposed to be taken seriously, I’m just amazed that strive for perfection that humans have isn’t completely present for this game. Fascinating.

Half the fun of mods are the hilarious stuff they do to the background for custom tracks

The zoom in on the driver and the fact that the Tromboner is hanging out of the car window while playing makes this one of the best maps I’ve seen on Trombone Champ!

Trombone Champ; The best Wii game that isn't a Wii game.

I love the detail of the headlights flaring whenever you hit the combo bar. That’s such a cool touch.

Sometimes I have videos like these pop up, and I watch them. And after roughly 15 seconds, I think by myself: "Why is this game?"

Above and beyond on that background for this one. Bravo.

Absolutely incredible, the Trombone Champ tech continues to improve in leaps and bounds.
