The Professor has spent a decade or longer, playing nearly every day, with the intent on being insanely good at both street ball and entertainment. He's faced every type of player on every type of court in every environment. If you've trained your entire life to play The Professor... he still has more practice than you. I know he's not the best basketball player in the world but he's in a league with a very small amount of extremely talented players. Anyone who thinks they can beat him, let alone 'easily' should really reconsider their mindset.

You could argue up to that point that the professor was getting tore up because everyone was silent and he had a decent lead. The kid also had a size advantage and was accurate with deep shots for the most part. I get what you are saying though.

It's good to see kids are still getting out of the house and exercising instead of just sitting home staring at their phones all day.

Love how the professor uses the rotational motion of the basketball in so many of his moves both offensively and defensively. This guy is a creative genius.

The young guy was playing pretty good. He just didn’t have the ability to take the ball away and couldn’t keep up with points even though he was making decently. That was inspirational for such a young kid. I like how you didn’t shit talk him and just left him feeling good where he is with prospects of going up.

That’s the definition of great sportsmanship and if he were my son I’d b more proud of him for all that over him winning that game if he had. FIBA 3x3 has more experience athletes and it is still a fast paced game packed with actions all game long. If Big 3 League could spark the interest for a larger audience... it will be a win-win situation for FIBA and Ice Cube's league.

I remember being a kid back in 2006 watching AND1 mix tapes and seeing you and it just made me want to be a better dribbler being a small guy that I am it definitely changed my game. also you were my favorite from the AND1 tapes.

True professional always taking the high road. Cause honestly that kid didn’t deserve anything more than a handshake post-game

that kid had potential, i could see him being the next professor in 10 years

Agree he was very good but underestimated the professor. It might have been even closer though if hadn't tried shooting from the outside where he was taking the ball out, because when missed the professor took full advantage of it. In the beginning I don't think he was trash talking I just think he was super confident because he was very good, but underestimated the professor's quick hands and speed, but then again everybody does lol

@@swmita he wasnt even really trying to trash talk. he asked him initially if they can do a 1v1 and professor said no. the only way he can get his attention is by trash talking him

@@abrararifify completely agree with that too, because you can see he wanted the match so he did what he had to do. Once the match was accepted he played with pure class and displayed that after the game as well.

Actually, his defense was solid. He didn't fall for any of his opponent's feints and stuck to his man like glue.

The professor is just so fast the way he moves It’s just crazy how fast he is

@@eduardop8104 omfg stop watching basketball videos when you clearly don’t know the game. Carrying is when you have 2 hands on the ball or one hand under the ball. The professor always has his hand on the side of the ball. And even if he was carrying it’s the other dudes fault for not calling it out. Learn the game man
