Bought on last year, use it on all my bikes - Tiger 800, Street Twin, XJ600 & even a Lexmoto Valiant. Great piece of kit.

I fully agree, it’s a fantastic piece of gear, wish I’d bought one years ago. Hope you enjoyed the video 👍

Nice one Ian, a cracking stand, I'm using mine to carry out a cam / decat upgrade on my R.E. 350 at present. Had an issue with the ram on mine initially, but was replace by ABBA the following day, excellent service, I haven't used my lift table since buying this.

Great to hear that you enjoyed my video and found it useful 👍 Yes the abba stand is fantastic as is the first class service from abba. Are you following my performance camshaft installation video on the Classic 350?

Excellent video. Well demonstrated. I'd have one if I had the sort of space you have in the garage. I have a standard size garage with a full length workbench, two motorbikes, an RE 350 + Fanny B 1955 Kestrel 125, and a selection of cycles, ladders and woodworking tools. Help, my wife wants me to declutter!!!! No way!!! 😂

Great to hear that you enjoyed my video and found it useful 👍 The garage space allows me to get the bikes and car inside during the winter months. I have a workshop shed out back which isn’t as tidy 🤣

Good video but the object of the exercise is to bring the bike up to a sensible working height but you have to carry out quite a few procedures on your knees and also purchase various extras. I bought and use a table lift with a front wheel clamp simple and as for storage just park a bike on it. 👍

Great to hear that you enjoyed the video 👍 I did consider a table but found the lift better for my needs as it allows me to remove both wheels in safety. Pros and cons with both.

Every video that I've seen shows the lift on the left side of the bike. I don't see any reason why it can't work from the right hand side. That would make some tasks like chain and sprocket work easier on some bikes. Any thoughts ? Edit : I just answered my own question. If you slide the bar that holds the strap for the rear spool through from the opposite side, the angle bracket interferes with it going all of the way through. Secondly, the legs / feet are designed to carry the weight from the front of the bike. If you tried to use the lift from the right hand side of the bike, that support is all at the rear where it's not needed and the bike would just tip over frontwards.

Nice video, last year at the NEC I asked the guys on the Abba stand if the made A Skylift fitting kit for A 2019 Bonneville. They said they did but didn't advertise it, when I asked why they said they'd complaints from owners because they had to remove the sproket cover and deal with the footrests, they also mentioned about lifting the rear wheel on a piece of wood. I still bought the kit well worth it. BTW good tip about the wheel chock. Do you reckon it would work with A rear Paddock stand?

Thanks for the info, very interesting. I don’t see any reason why a rear paddock stand wouldn’t work. Great to hear that you enjoyed the video 👍

Hi Did yours take the paint of the main black box section what it slides up and down on and was it free or was it catching and the gold rollers don’t seem to move ?

I hope that you enjoyed the video and hopefully found it useful 👍 I had to go out and have a look at my lift. There is some wear on the black paint on the main box section. Most of the rollers revolve but not all. I’m very happy with the lift and hadn’t even noticed this issue until you pointed it out 🤣
